About The Position

As a Sr. Specialist on the Partner Integrations Strategy & Operations team, you will focus on improving the efficiency and scalability of our New Verticals integrations operations. You’ll support and execute against key initiatives tied to team goals, using data, tooling, and AI solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the provider experience. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Technical Account Managers—to operationalize processes, improve tooling, and enhance self-serve experiences for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working with data, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Senior Manager of Partner Integrations, New Verticals in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization. This role is expected to be hybrid with some time in-office.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in strategy & operations, business operations/analytics, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Dashboarding Software required)
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow automation tools)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding for translating technical concepts to business solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and solve operational inefficiencies across the integrations lifecycle, improving speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Analyze partner and internal signals to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define, track, and evolve efficiency metrics, including accuracy, actionability, and owning the feedback loops that continuously improve our models.
  • Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, reduce manual work, and improve operational outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, Integrations, and TAMs to implement process and tooling improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
