About The Position

The Integrations Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and managing enterprise-wide solutions to support major health system projects and tasks related, but not limited, to system integration, system-wide improvement work, and implementation management. This role combines project management expertise with healthcare domain knowledge to support collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless transitions and successful system consolidation.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Nursing from an accredited college or university.
5 or more years in an operations support role
Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Problem-solving skills.
English - Read, write, and speak
A general knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.

Nice To Haves

1 or more years A general knowledge of business operations and process improvement
2 or more years leading complex projects in a health care environment

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiative projects across various functional disciplines within the health system.
Develop and execute integration plans for merging health systems.
Develop clear project/program plans with all necessary functional areas (including project schedule, budget, scope, etc.), and identify critical milestones and deliverables.
Responsible for meeting project/program budget targets.
Ongoing collaboration with all functional areas throughout the project/program lifecycle to define and monitor resource requirements/constraints and communicate/resolve resource issues.
Hold project/program kick-off, along with ongoing progress meetings to review specifications, schedule, and team roles and responsibilities, as well as program scope and budget variances.
Present project/program status updates to senior and executive leadership.
Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other teams and stakeholders to align project goals and ensure successful integration outcomes.
Identify integrations risks, develop mitigation plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide support through all phases, included post-project, to address issues/gaps, and work towards continuously improving processes.
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
