About The Position

Neighborly, a leader in service brands with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated Client Integrations Specialist (CIS) to join their Customer Solutions team. This role is crucial in guiding new franchise owners through onboarding and training, ensuring successful setup and testing of systems, and assisting with the adoption of new features. The CIS will leverage their understanding of call center applications and brand-specific needs to support franchise owners in their selling and scheduling solutions, as well as aid in retaining existing owners through tailored account settings.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) plus years of relevant business, industry, or system experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of standard software including, but not limited to, Adobe, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Task oriented, detail oriented, process driven, relational, possesses poise, comfortable presenting.
  • Ability to make decisions or recommendations for changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs, then executing against that.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a guide to new owners through initial onboarding and training including, but not limited to, software, brand standards, sales, and customer service processes.
  • Ensure all internal and external set up and testing is completed successfully for starting service.
  • Have a deep understanding of solutions available in our call center application and how those apply to each brand and franchise office uniquely.
  • Assist in determining the franchise owner’s needs for a successful selling and / or scheduling solution.
  • Assist in the retention of existing franchise owners by suggesting and implementing solution-based account settings.
  • Act as a key facilitator for the introduction and training of new CaN features and solutions, ensuring a smooth adoption by franchise owners.
