Senior Specialist, Reconciliation
About The Position
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Reconciliation to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll make an impact by completing in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identifying trends, performing complex root cause analysis, and executing on recommendations. You will also lead reconciliation engagements across business areas, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes. Additionally, you will review and oversee technical testing and implementation of reconciliation software, and conduct complex testing and validate implementation code. Finally, you will review, analyze, and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5–7 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred
- Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses
- Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing performed by junior staff
