About The Position

Messerli Kramer, a trusted Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is looking a full-time ACCOUNTING RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST to join our Accounting team in Plymouth, MN. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years working accounting experience
• Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation
• Successful completion of a credit check

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Accounting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements
• Investigate and resolve variances
• Support month-end and Year-end closing process
• Depositing cash and physical checks
• Work assigned accounting queues
• Identify and implement process improvement
• Any additional tasks assigned by management
