About The Position

SOTI is seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing Technology to own and evolve the digital tools that power its Channel Partner ecosystem. This role requires a marketer's mindset to refine and optimize partner tools, making them highly effective and easy to use. The hybrid position involves managing various digital tools for the Altitude Program to grow revenues and engagement with SOTI's global partner base. This requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure tools are effective and scalable. The ideal candidate will bridge the technical and marketing aspects of the business, possessing strong marketing knowledge, project management skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in website management and CRM integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with web content management systems (Umbraco preferred).
  • Understanding of API development, website security, and Salesforce workflows.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, independently manage priorities and drive initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JavaScript frameworks, and UI libraries.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other project management tools.
  • Understanding of data flows between websites and CRMs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and implement website updates and Salesforce integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website and API-related issues.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve channel partner tools and internal reporting processes that support our programs.
  • Track and manage a calendar of website and program updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Be the subject matter expert on channel partner tools to internal audiences – ensuring proper understanding and engagement that enables them to use partner programs via the portal for channel partners.
  • Implement and monitor metrics on the portal for channel partners to track performance and user engagement.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor’s web and partner tools to improve our own channel partner programs and tools.
  • Document processes, create and maintain training documentation – video, written and presentation formats - to support adoption of channel partner tools, CRM tools and perform internal user training.
  • Work with shared services (i.e., Corporate Marketing, Legal, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Web developers, etc.) to support implementation and maintenance updates to the portal for channel partners.
  • Plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
