About The Position

The jobholder ensures that business-relevant innovation opportunities are supported, framed, routed within the Aptar organization, and owned by the right segment at the right moment—maximizing reuse, speed, and commercial pull. He/she operates entirely through influence, structure, and narrative. The role turns the IE organisation from a set of pillars into a system.

Requirements

  • Good data analysis skills (data quality, KPI design, insight generation, storytelling with data); advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain knowledge management practices (content governance, taxonomy, lessons learned) and improve reuse of standards.
  • Experience in coordinating networks/communities across a matrix organisation; confident facilitator of working groups and stakeholder forums.
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority; pragmatic, service-oriented, and comfortable in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail; able to translate complex delivery data into clear executive messages.

Responsibilities

  • Map innovation initiatives across segments and regions; capture outcomes, learnings, and reuse opportunities; and share best practices to reduce duplication.
  • Facilitate adoption of created Innovation Excellence frameworks, tools, and processes through workshops, forums, and hands-on facilitation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for network members; gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate systemic issues with proposed solutions.
  • Liaise and track priorities, surface needs, and enable cross-segment execution.
  • Prepare dashboards and synthesized updates for IE reviews; collect formal and informal feedback to consolidate pain points and support resource allocation discussions.
  • Support the building of innovation narratives/communication for respective GMD / GLT, ensure the leadership discussion focused on key decisions such as choices, scaling, stopping / spinning out.
  • Coordinate the PM / best-practices network (community of practice), connecting project leaders across sites and functions to share standards, tools, and delivery learnings.
  • Plan and facilitate governance and network rhythms: recurring calls, quarterly reviews, working groups, and targeted deep dives on delivery challenges.
  • Seek alignment on methods and ways of working and ensure rollout of improved processes and tools.
  • When needed, support Customer Experience Center activities.
  • Support the building of governance for capture and reuse of project learnings, including after-action reviews, retrospectives, and standardised tagging/taxonomy.
  • Coordinate with Data/IT and functional SMEs to align knowledge assets with tools and processes (e.g., project management systems, collaboration platforms, IP data), and reduce duplication.
  • Facilitate capability building by enabling training content, onboarding materials, and communities of practice; track adoption and effectiveness of key standards.
  • Maintain and curate the PM knowledge base (playbooks, templates, SOPs, lessons learned, FAQs), ensuring content quality, version control, and easy discoverability.
  • Help shape the commercial/communication storyline of each opportunity (e.g. “Why now?”, “Why this segment?”, “What must be proven before BU ownership?”).
  • Through analytics and data in the areas of IP and PPM, support early-stage invention disclosure processes and work closely with Legal to strengthen IP capture, clarity, and reuse.
  • Maintain and continuously improve innovation, knowledge, and IP repositories to ensure information is accessible, connected, and reusable.
