Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - Investigations

We are seeking an investigator with a passion for employee relations and conducting robust investigations in a dynamic environment who appreciates the important role employee relations professionals play in supporting our values and culture and will carry out duties with the highest integrity.
Requirements
- Investigator with a passion for employee relations.
- Ability to be in the plant at least four days per week, for various shifts.
- Willingness to travel outside of Chicago occasionally to assist other facilities across the United States.
