About The Position

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Specialist, Employee Communications to support the planning and execution of internal communications for business-critical employee programs. They should be a highly organized self-starter who can manage projects end-to-end and build relationships and skills to get the job done well while having fun.

Requirements

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs and adapt priorities seamlessly

  • Write and edit sharp content across channels: Slack messages, email, agent nudges, manager cascade materials, and more
  • Support channel strategy decisions for assigned programs, including Amplify bots, Employee Agent, Manager Agent, and Slack channels
  • Navigate sensitive communications — including org changes and restructuring — with sound judgment and discretion
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, improve personalization, and continuously raise the bar on what programmatic comms can deliver
  • Use data to measure communication effectiveness and apply learnings to continuously improve
  • Contribute to team planning, editorial calendars, and our day-to-day operating rhythm
