About The Position

The Deployment & Release Integration Specialist plans, coordinates, governs, and supports software deployments and release integrations across the organization. The role manages release calendars, readiness, dependencies, risk, governance, compliance, execution visibility, and continuous improvement to help deliver controlled, secure, business-aligned releases while minimizing operational risk and service disruption. The position coordinates ongoing release activity and enterprise-wide deployments across interconnected technology platforms, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, vendors, service management, and business teams. It focuses on release integration and execution rather than direct people management or delivery of a single project. The specialist leads through subject-matter expertise, coordination, influence, and accountability, facilitating readiness reviews, planning meetings, deployment war rooms, and leadership reporting without direct authority. The role is classified as in-office. Employees work from a designated Princess office Monday through Thursday and may work from home on Fridays. Travel is likely to be less than 25% and is non-shipboard. Work is primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety or health hazard potential. Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may occasionally be required.
