About The Position

The Deployment & Release Integration Specialist plans, coordinates, governs, and supports software deployments and release integrations across the organization. The role manages release calendars, readiness, dependencies, risk, governance, compliance, execution visibility, and continuous improvement to deliver controlled, secure, business-aligned releases while minimizing operational risk and service disruption. It works closely with application development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, service management, vendors, and business teams. This is an ongoing individual-contributor role coordinating continuous release activity and enterprise-wide deployments across interconnected technology platforms, rather than managing people directly or delivering a single project. It leads through subject-matter expertise, coordination, influence, and accountability across cross-functional teams. The role supports operational stability, deployment reliability, security, compliance, and business continuity by improving release visibility, governance, readiness, and execution. Success is reflected in reliable deployments, fewer deployment-related incidents, compliance with required controls, and effective recovery from release issues. The role is classified as in-office. Employees work from a designated Princess office Monday through Thursday and may work from home on Fridays. Travel of less than 25% non-shipboard is likely. Work is primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety or health hazard potential. Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may occasionally be required to support business needs, projects, or operations.
