This Client Specialist role supports the US Specialty Deposits line of business. The position will focus primarily on AML High Risk periodic refreshes and seven-year refreshes across the group’s portfolio, while also providing general client service support as needed. The Specialist, Client Support is responsible for providing support and high quality customer service to clients and prospects in Commercial Banking, liaising closely with the business and clients to complete tasks. The role requires solid written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills. The Specialist, Client Support supports best practices and handles incoming telephone calls and emails to address client requests in a professional and client-focused manner. The role makes recommendations on client matters to meet work objectives, ensuring that clients experience a bank that listens actively and demonstrates care for their unique needs.
