About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Service to join our Default Management Group. This role is located in Houston, Texas. In this role, you’ll make an impact by collaborating with external clients to address and resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues. Where necessary, clients are directed to the appropriate resources within BNY to ensure their needs are effectively met. Intermediate problem-solving skills, experience, and sound judgement are applied to analyze information and address client concerns. The position requires consistent monitoring of client inquiries, effective resolution of non-routine issues, and, when appropriate, escalation of more complex matters to the relevant team member. Responsibilities include training and managing the work of Client Representatives, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver excellent service and adhere to established procedures. Key operational tasks encompass reporting, processing investor and vendor payments, managing cash operations, as well as supporting and completing compliance and risk management activities and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
