About The Position

MasterScapes is hiring a full-time Client Service Specialist. This role is a key support position for our sales and client service team. You will help create a great client experience by handling communication well, building proposals accurately, keeping systems updated, and making sure important follow-up doesn’t get dropped. We are looking for someone who will serve as a true client advocate — someone who doesn’t just respond to requests, but takes ownership of the interaction, helps guide the client well, and is driven to ensure a resolution.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with patience, empathy, professionalism, and follow-through
  • A genuinely upbeat, bubbly, warm, and confident phone presence on every call
  • A natural desire to advocate for clients, not just react to what they ask for
  • Personal ownership and pride in making sure client needs are fully handled
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Comfort working in systems like Aspire, Pipedrive, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Flexibility and adaptability when priorities shift

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound client calls with a cheerful, professional, and helpful tone
  • Build rapport quickly and help clients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in working with us
  • Serve as a true client advocate by helping clients navigate questions, concerns, and next steps
  • Own client interactions from start to finish and work to ensure clear resolution
  • Make daily client call-aheads for scheduled services and appointments
  • Build proposals accurately and support proposal workflow
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and job information in Aspire
  • Use our various systems to manage CRM activity, follow-up, and proposal support
  • Respond to client questions and route issues to the right team member when needed, while staying engaged until the client’s need is resolved
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other divisions to keep communication clear
  • Keep clients informed about schedules, changes, and next steps
