About The Position

This role is responsible for handling client interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The specialist will also be involved in referring and cross-selling services to clients and prospects, attending team meetings, and completing assigned tasks and training.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all phone calls following the CFSB standard and procedures
  • Maintain accurate phone logs for all calls
  • Attend weekly team huddles
  • Actively refer/cross-sell to clients
  • Request the business of prospects and log all referrals
  • Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines
  • Learn and comply with all CFSB policies, procedures, and standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader PM22
