Ludus Tactical International•Tampa, FL

About The Position

Ludus Tactical International LLC is seeking experienced Senior Special Operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support USSOCOM under a potential Joint SOF Readiness Training Support IDIQ contract. The role supports priority training events worldwide and helps maintain Special Operations Forces readiness and strengthen integration, interoperability, and interdependence with conventional forces, interagency partners, and foreign allies. They advise and assist combatant command and TSOC battle staffs, coach event designers, develop realistic scenarios and readiness products, and support exercise control and assessment. The role includes command-level readiness insight and decision support; integration guidance; scenario development and scripting; task performance observations; after-action reviews and recommendations; training policy and guidance development; and support for full-spectrum SOF operations. SMEs provide advisory support rather than independently planning or executing government training requirements.
