About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Space & Occupancy Planner to support Property Management's planning, optimization, and management of space utilization and occupancy across Oracle's North America data center portfolio. Based in Nashville, this role is responsible for developing long-term space strategies, optimizing occupancy, and ensuring data center facilities are positioned to support OCI's rapid growth and operational excellence. As a senior individual contributor, you will serve as the subject matter expert for space and occupancy planning, partnering closely with Global Real Estate, Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, Construction, Engineering, Security, and Design groups. You will leverage data-driven insights to develop portfolio strategies, improve operational efficiency, and support executive decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, experience managing complex facility portfolios, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct management responsibility.
