Senior Sourcing Manager
About The Position
JLL is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies and sourcing-event execution for food and beverage services on a major account. The role combines strategic procurement expertise with a focus on employee experience, influencing workplace culture and satisfaction through programs such as catering, cafeteria management, break room supplies, and beverage services. The position is remote, with listed locations of Atlanta, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; and New York, New York. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing indirect spend categories and conducting sourcing events, specifically for food and beverage services such as catering, cafeteria management, break room supplies, and beverage programs.
- Track record of building strategic supplier partnerships that balance cost efficiency with quality and service excellence.
- Deep understanding of employee experience trends and how food and beverage programs contribute to workplace culture and satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive value beyond cost savings.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating diverse needs into sourcing strategies.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
