About The Position

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager supports enterprise-wide procurement by addressing supplier cost management, contract execution, and operational efficiency. The role executes strategic RFx processes, evaluates total cost of ownership (TCO), builds vendor relationships, streamlines purchasing workflows, and drives measurable cost savings. The position partners with Business Units, Operations, and Analytics teams to competitively source goods and services. It manages end-to-end purchasing activities, including RFx events, supplier contracts, requisitions, and purchase orders, while enforcing corporate supply chain policies, regulatory guidelines, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. The manager also uses AI-driven market intelligence to analyze vendor data, support supplier selection, and improve procurement forecasting. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, including experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Purchasing, RFx execution, contract negotiation, data management, reporting, and automated purchase order and invoice processing. Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. Visa sponsorship is unavailable. The stated salary range is $96,250 to $158,125 per year.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
At least 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, commodity management, and business analysis.
At least 8 years of experience with ERP platforms, including Oracle Purchasing capabilities.
At least 8 years of experience executing end-to-end RFx processes and negotiating contracts.
At least 8 years of experience with data management tools, database reporting, and automated PO/invoice processing using EDI or cXML.
Strategic sourcing expertise and advanced negotiation skills for complex corporate IT environments.
Knowledge of TCO analysis, commodity research, and end-to-end contract management.
Fluency in applying AI to evaluate supplier data, streamline vendor automated processing setups, and optimize procurement workflows.
Understanding of regulatory standards, corporate governance, and SOX compliance principles.
Problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to participate in at least one in-person interview.
