About The Position

Healthie is seeking an exceptional Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role involves serving as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, customers, and internal teams, ensuring the seamless adoption and integration of Healthie’s platform. The position bridges the gap between technical solutions and business needs, helping customers maximize the platform's potential and driving successful implementations. Key responsibilities include participating in customer calls, providing technical expertise in pre-sales and post-sales conversations, guiding customers through solution design, API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations for a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves understanding unique customer challenges, developing tailored solutions, building strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing product adoption, and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems. The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to share customer feedback and shape the platform's future is also a key aspect. The company emphasizes its AI-enabled and AI-accelerated approach to building and seeks team members who leverage AI-powered development tools and embrace automation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Familiarity with Healthie's tech stack (Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with supporting technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• Understanding of the importance of privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare solutions.
• Ability to brainstorm and identify the best pathways to connect systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Training and conformance to expectations regarding security and compliance, as Healthie is subject to HIPAA and other security and privacy frameworks.

Benefits

• Base salary between $160,000 - $190,000.
