We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Solutions Consultant to lead client engagements focused on process transformation, automation, and system integration. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, while partnering with clients to design scalable solutions that improve efficiency, provide measurable ROI, and drive measurable outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted
  • 7–10+ years in consulting, solutions architecture, or business transformation with demonstrable client-facing impact
  • Proven pre-sales or sales engineering experience — including discovery, scoping, proposals, and supporting or carrying quota through close
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and process automation principles
  • Strategic Thinking & Systems Mindset — Connects business goals to scalable solution design; sees upstream and downstream impact across people, process, and technology
  • Process Optimization & Automation Expertise — Identifies operational inefficiencies and translates them into structured automation and workflow improvements
  • Commercial Acumen & Deal Shaping — Understands deal economics, scopes engagements to mutual value, and actively contributes to pipeline progression and close
  • Executive Communication & Influence — Delivers clear, compelling narratives to both technical teams and C-suite stakeholders; adapts message to audience
  • Technical Aptitude — Hands-on experience connecting systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools; able to prototype solutions and credibly lead technical conversations with client IT teams
  • Client Relationship Management — Builds trust-based relationships that extend beyond project delivery into long-term advisory partnerships
  • Problem-Solving & Solution Design — Structures ambiguous client challenges into defined requirements and actionable solution roadmaps

  • Hands-on experience with low-code/automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Quickbase, MuleSoft, Boomi, Claude AI/MCP)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning business goals with technology and automation solutions
  • Lead discovery sessions to assess workflows, systems, and operational gaps
  • Translate high-level business objectives into actionable solution roadmaps
  • Design end-to-end solutions across automation platforms, integrations, and workflow systems
  • Architect scalable data flows, APIs, and system integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.)
  • Define best practices for solution design, governance, and performance optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve performance and reduce manual work
  • Optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation environments for scalability and cost efficiency
  • Implement monitoring, error handling, and performance tracking standards
  • Lead structured discovery sessions to map client pain points, define success criteria, and build the business case for change
  • Develop and deliver tailored solution demos and proof-of-concept builds that accelerate prospect confidence and drive evaluation decisions
  • Partner with sales to scope opportunities, architect proposals, and own the technical win from first call through close
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, converting unmet process needs into net-new pipeline
  • Own end-to-end project delivery independently, managing scope, schedules, and budgets from kickoff through close
  • Proactively identify and process change requests, ensuring impacts to timeline, cost, and scope are documented and client-approved
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, technical specs, delivery plans, and status reporting
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout delivery, managing expectations, resolving issues, and maintaining stakeholder confidence
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Act as the bridge between business users, developers, and leadership
  • Provide clear communication, risk management, and progress updates
