The role
We're hiring an Accounting Solutions Consultant to join our growing team.
You'll sit at the intersection of traditional accounting and digital assets, advising clients, shaping product, and helping define how the industry handles crypto accounting. This role is for someone who understands the complexity of financial reporting, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to be part of building something new.
Your work will directly support accounting firms and corporate clients navigating compliance, standards adoption, and the evolving digital asset landscape. You'll translate technical accounting challenges into clear guidance, collaborate closely with our product team, and become a go-to expert internally and externally.

Requirements

• Has 2-4 years in accounting, ideally with some time in audit or consulting
• Genuinely finds crypto and digital assets interesting, you don't need to be an expert, but curiosity matters here
• Can take something complicated and explain it simply, whether that's to a client, a partner, or a colleague in another team
• Is comfortable working across different teams and projects without needing things to be perfectly defined

Nice To Haves

• A CPA is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
• If you've come from a Big 4 or midsize firm, or spent time in a finance role at a crypto company, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Stay close to how digital asset accounting is evolving, whether that's new regulations, emerging standards, or shifts in how institutions are thinking about compliance, and help the team and our clients make sense of it
• Take genuinely complex accounting topics and make them accessible, through documentation, guidance, or just being the person who can explain it clearly
• Work directly with financial institutions to help them get to grips with digital asset accounting, from early strategy through to implementation
• Sit close to our product team and make sure what we build reflects how accounting actually works in practice
• Help our accounting partners get confident using Cryptio, through training, onboarding, and ongoing support
• Be the person internally that people turn to when a tricky accounting question comes up
