About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for a contract-to-hire position with a regional financial institution in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports a Commercial Loan Servicing Transformation initiative by translating business objectives into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. The architect will lead solution design across project teams and collaborate closely with Product and Delivery leaders. The work involves Salesforce, cloud platforms, and AI solutions.

The position is offered at $88.00–$98.00 per hour on a W-2 basis, depending on qualifications. Candidates must be available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees. Requirements

• Knowledge of major Salesforce functional and architectural components, including clouds such as Sales, Service, and Agentforce; platform and data components such as Customer 360 and Data 360; development tools such as Apex and Lightning Web Components; and standard versus custom core data objects.
• Experience designing solutions across cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI solutions, including evaluating and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
• Current understanding of best practices for system security measures.
• Experience in software engineering and architecture design.
• Exposure to multiple technical environments.
• Agile experience.
• Ability to partner across Product, Delivery, Domain Architecture, and technical subject-matter experts.
• Ability to work effectively as architecture patterns, governance processes, and tooling evolve.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and advance work without waiting for every detail to be resolved.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and AWS.
• Hands-on AI experience, including using AI-assisted tools to improve architecture processes.
• Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for conceptual architecture that delivers business objectives.
• Work with Product teams to understand business goals, determine impacts, and apply enterprise patterns.
• Design integrations, secure buy-in from impacted teams, and complete governance.
• Identify and address architecture risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints related to scope, schedule, resources, and technology.
• Define architecture strategy and develop roadmaps to support business-segment goals.
• Help business areas enhance processes through technology, including automation of manual tasks.
• Analyze current technologies and identify ways to improve them.
• Mentor and help build the architecture community, including updating and creating standards and patterns.
• Document solution architecture design and analysis work.
