Senior Solutions Architect, MENA - COMINT
About The Position
HawkEye 360 is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with expertise in commercial communication protocols, including DMR, Tetra, and DPTT, to join its Solutions team. The team develops and executes technical solutions for major programs around the globe. This role focuses on Communications Intelligence programs in the Middle East and Africa and requires engaging with clients and end users to understand their needs, training users to work with the data and integrate it into their workflows, leading third-party integrations, and aligning HawkEye 360 offerings with customer needs. The position calls for initiative, the ability to learn technologies quickly, and strong customer service and communication skills. The role requires residency in the Middle East and travel of up to 30% throughout the region. The Senior Solutions Architect serves as the technical point of contact for programs, owns and adapts technical solutions, addresses technical issues, conducts customer training and Technical Exchange Meetings, designs data integrations, and champions end-user requirements with internal teams. The position also supports rapid innovation and business growth while reinforcing company values. HawkEye 360 offers a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, benefits, and equity. Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience executing technical solutions in RF and/or COMINT domains.
- BS or MS in computer science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with ISR missions, RF collection systems (ground, airborne, or space), and/or SIGINT.
- Experience exploiting or developing intelligence derived from Digital Push to Talk technologies (DMR, Tetra, etc.) using a mixture of IQ and GIS data.
- Track record delivering innovative solutions with Defense and Intelligence clients.
- Experience using GIS platforms and synthesizing and presenting geospatial data.
- Experience manipulating communications signals’ In-phase and Quadrature data using signal exploitation software.
- Ability to develop compelling presentations to support customer requirements.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical capabilities to customer problems.
- Strong technical background in designing, developing, and integrating applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Self-motivated, self-starting, and accountable for delivering results.
- Must reside in the Middle East and be able to travel up to 30% throughout.
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of RF technologies, digital signal processing, signal analysis, and applications.
- Technical experience analyzing and exploiting communication signals.
- Hands-on technical integration experience, including use of AWS, APIs, and open-source technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for various programs in the Middle East.

- Conduct multi-day, technical, in-person and virtual customer training on HawkEye 360 products and technology.
- Conduct Technical Exchange Meetings and collaboratively explore use cases with end users.
- Design and implement technical data integrations, including flows from AWS services to on-premises storage and third-party platforms.
- Champion end-user requirements internally with systems engineering, product teams, and other stakeholders.
