About The Position

OnePlan Solutions, LLC seeks multiple Senior Solution Consultants to deliver complex software solutions based on OnePlan Solutions and Microsoft solutions. Participate as a member of the OnePlan Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs. Work with a Solutions Architect to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements. Participate in the hands-on building of the solution leveraging core OnePlan Solutions. Perform testing to ensure the solution performs as designed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Demonstrated ability with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning.
• Demonstrated ability with systems implementation skills including: requirements/process analysis; conceptual and detailed design; configuration; testing; training; change management; and support.
• Demonstrated ability with Configuration/Customization on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Power Platform Administration and Configuration such as Power Apps, Power BI, and/or Power Automate.
• Demonstrated ability with Power Apps Model Driven apps Configuration and Security Roles/ Power Apps Security Teams.
• Demonstrated ability with migrating the Power Apps solution from DEV to TEST and PROD (Unmanaged solution/ Managed Solution).
• Demonstrated ability with enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills.
