Senior Software Product Manager - Factory Systems

Anduril•Costa Mesa, CA

About The Position

The Software Product Manager for ArsenalOS will own multiple Factory-touching platforms within ArsenalOS Connected Factory. These platforms help production managers, manufacturing engineers, and automation and controls engineers map physical locations, work centers, tools, and assets to digital systems and execute workflows. The initial focus is unifying how locations, work centers, tools, and assets are modeled across the warehouse management system (WMS), manufacturing execution system (MES), asset management system (AMS), and multiple sensor systems to create a seamless operating environment and replace manual processes with purpose-built systems. The role will build the Forge Factory product from the ground up, from vision and MVP through scaled adoption. It requires moving between detailed user experiences—such as setting up a station or commissioning a tool, sensor, tester, or controller—and the broader systems, data models, and integrations connecting manufacturing systems. The role aims to close gaps between digital production-line models and physical reality so production can operate efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of product management experience building complex enterprise platforms with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
  • Strong domain knowledge of complex operational environments with multiple personas, roles, and requirements.
  • Experience building net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
  • Experience building or managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact through shared workflows and data exchange.
  • Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, AMS, WMS, or internal data platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development, from rapid prototyping to intelligent product features.
  • End-to-end product ownership with demonstrated business outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with operators, engineers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • U.S. Person status is required because the position may require access to export-controlled data.
  • Ability to work in-office full time and willingness to travel to operational sites as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, defense, automation, the auto industry, or other high-complexity physical-product environments.
  • Experience with multi-tenant platforms and systems serving internal users with differing access and workflow requirements.
  • Ability to rapidly produce mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes using design tools, AI-assisted generation, or code.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Factory, including the what, why, and why now.
  • Build Forge Factory from the ground up by defining its vision, scoping and shipping the MVP, and iterating based on user feedback and business outcomes.
  • Partner with manufacturing, reliability, and product operations to deliver software that connects workflows into one operating environment.
  • Define the integration strategy between manufacturing systems and adjacent platforms, including MES, ERP, AMS, and WMS.
  • Use AI and modern tooling to accelerate product development, including prototyping, requirements generation, and intelligent workflows that surface insights and reduce manual decision-making.
  • Establish metrics and feedback loops tying product work to outcomes such as production-line setup or reconfiguration time, changeover time, asset uptime and utilization, and reduced manual reconciliation between Forge and ERP.
  • Own prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, release planning, and execution quality across a cross-functional engineering team.
  • Drive adoption among business teams and external partners.
  • Document decisions and communicate roadmaps and tradeoffs clearly to align stakeholders and accelerate execution.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are part of total compensation.
