About The Position

Adoreal is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company serving the plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine industry. Its multi-tenant platform supports practice operations—including scheduling, clinical records, forms and consents, invoicing and payments, patient communications, and marketing—and contains millions of patient records subject to HIPAA and GDPR requirements. The Senior Software Engineering Manager leads a product engineering team responsible for workflows used by clinics every day. This is a hands-on leadership role: managers write and ship production code, review pull requests, and own team outcomes from planning through production. The manager hires, coaches, and develops engineers; turns product intent into clear plans; and ensures the team delivers high-quality, reliable software. Adoreal uses AI as a default in engineering. The manager is expected to use coding agents in their own work, evaluate AI tools and practices, and introduce proven approaches to the team and organization. The company is remote-first and currently hires only in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MN, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, UT, and WA. Visa sponsorship is not offered; applicants must have current and valid authorization to work in the country where they are applying.
