About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Dashboard Build team. This role provides logistical support for our cloud development organization, focusing on the functionality, simplicity, scalability, reliability, and availability of our build systems. You will be driven by a strong desire to improve developer happiness, always keeping an empathetic ear out for developers’ day-to-day experience with tools and workflows, while finding ways to improve these. You'll make incremental changes to quickly get a developer unstuck, as well as propose and implement longer term changes that reduce technical debt, accelerate developer productivity, and anticipate future needs. We are stewards of the outer loop, striving to enable our developers to ship quality features, with confidence. The Dashboard Build team supports our FedRAMP Moderate environment, and we are building on that foundation for U.S. federal and defense customers with FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) requirements. This means designing systems that are scalable, reliable, auditable, and simple to operate under a high bar for security and compliance. We’re looking for a technical lead who thrives in high impact, high visibility projects, with an excitement to tackle complex problems and collaborate across teams.
