About The Position
The Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack designs, builds, and maintains scalable web applications and integrations supporting Fivestar’s internal operations and customer-facing platforms. The role integrates Radius ERP, Power BI, Monday.com, and other external applications, and develops custom applications including a Sales Order Task Management System and Customer Portal. It requires deep experience in front-end and back-end development, ERP integration, and Microsoft SQL Server. The engineer designs and maintains secure APIs, RESTful services, and webhook integrations; develops user-facing applications with React, Shadcn/UI, and Tailwind CSS; and builds server-side logic with Flask (Python) or .NET (C#). The position also involves optimizing SQL Server databases, supporting Power BI and ERP data integrations, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, and resolving production issues. The role is performed primarily in an office using standard computer equipment. It may involve extended periods of sitting and use of digital communication tools such as Zoom and Teams. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or software engineer.
- Proficiency in React (or Angular/Vue) and modern frontend development.
- Strong backend skills with Python (Flask/FastAPI) or .NET (C#).
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
- Experience integrating with ERP systems; Radius is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI and API-based BI integrations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the Monday.com API or other CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and task automation frameworks.
- Exposure to containerized environments such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure APIs between Radius ERP, Power BI, Monday.com, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain RESTful services and webhook-based integrations.
- Support and troubleshoot API connections across multiple systems.
- Lead development of a custom Sales Order Task Management System and Customer Portal.
- Design user-facing components using React, Shadcn/UI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build and manage server-side logic using Flask (Python) or .NET (C#).
- Ensure system integration with ERP for automation and reporting.
- Design, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Create stored procedures, views, and indexes for application and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with analysts to integrate Power BI dashboards and ERP data sources.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Monitor system health and performance and resolve production issues as needed.
- Deliver new modules or features on schedule as part of sprint cycles.
- Maintain high reliability of integration systems, with a stated target of 99.9% uptime.
- Maintain high security standards across codebases.
- Contribute to team code reviews and architectural planning.
