Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-ready software using Ruby (and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails).
• Familiarity or willingness to work with modern front-end technologies (React, Typescript) when needed.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, reliable software.
• Deep expertise in backend development, including API design, data modeling, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Versatility and willingness to learn, comfortable stepping into front-end or infrastructure tasks when needed.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Reside in an eligible U.S. state throughout employment (excluding California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States).
