We are profitable, growing fast, and rebuilding the product around AI and agents. You will design, build, and scale significant systems and features, owning them end-to-end. You will take on ambiguous, higher-scope problems, make the key technical tradeoffs, and be accountable for the correctness, performance, and reliability of what you own.

Requirements

  • A strong track record of owning and shipping systems at scale
  • Command of system design, data modeling, and the reliability and cost tradeoffs that come with scale
  • The ability to lead ambiguous work to a clear outcome
  • Genuine, current fluency with AI-assisted development
  • A high bar for quality and a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Own significant systems and features end-to-end, from design through production and operation
  • Break down hard, ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes
  • Own the reliability, performance, and cost of the systems you are responsible for
  • Partner across product, design, and engineering to solve problems that span teams
  • Raise the quality bar and set patterns that make the people around you more effective
