About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced, AI-forward Senior Software Engineer to modernize enterprise applications and help transform software engineering practices across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior developer with strong Java/Spring Boot, Vue.js, cloud-native engineering, and AI-assisted development experience. The candidate should be comfortable working across large, polyglot codebases and adopting modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud-native enterprise applications.
Build backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop and contribute to modern front-end applications using Vue.js.
Work effectively across large, existing, polyglot codebases.
Apply AI-assisted engineering techniques throughout the software development lifecycle.
Use tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity.
Evaluate AI development tools and establish appropriate standards and guardrails.
Leverage AI for codebase analysis, development, testing, debugging, documentation, refactoring, and research.
Partner with architects and engineering leaders on architectural patterns and implementation standards.
Champion TDD, pair programming, continuous feedback, and Extreme Programming practices.
Diagnose complex production issues using logs, metrics, messaging systems, databases, and application behavior.
Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor engineers and introduce improved development techniques.
Break complex engineering problems into actionable work.
Collaborate with business, architecture, development, QA, and operations teams.
Promote experimentation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI adoption.
