About The Position

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its dynamic mobile team, which develops and maintains production mobile applications and expands the mobile platform with capabilities such as agentic chat and advanced workflows. The team emphasizes exceptional user experiences, clean code, continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

The engineer will build and maintain high-quality React Native features across iOS and Android, working closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers. The role includes writing scalable, maintainable, testable code; contributing to code reviews and engineering standards; solving complex bugs and performance issues; mentoring junior engineers; and evaluating relevant mobile technology advancements.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of mobile application development experience, with a strong focus on React Native, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade React Native applications across iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Native Testing Library.
• Commitment to test-driven development practices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Working knowledge of Node.js for build tooling, scripting, or backend-for-frontend integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications and automated deployment processes.
• Experience optimizing mobile performance, including memory management and battery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across multiple production mobile applications using React Native, focusing on performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to turn requirements into well-architected, shippable features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable JavaScript and TypeScript code using architectural patterns that scale across iOS and Android.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, uphold technical standards, and share knowledge with the engineering team.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs and performance issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive engineering culture.
• Evaluate React Native advancements and mobile development trends, applying relevant innovations to improve the platform.
