About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing design elements in conformance with established Oracle SOA standards, conducting detailed analysis of business processes, and recommending architecture for Oracle SOA implementation. You will estimate efforts, design and prototype interfaces, and make recommendations around Oracle SOA monitoring best practices, training team members accordingly. Additionally, you will assist in resolving Oracle SOA Suite 12c issues, ensuring Oracle SOA stability and testing. This role involves coordinating development and testing efforts between different teams, participating in system testing and deployment, and interacting with IT management regarding work assignments and status. You will also be involved in production support, troubleshooting, and automating and optimizing processes, interpreting and implementing business requirements according to established department standards. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with the ability to report to the local office.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field of study.
Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related role.
Five (5) years of experience with Architecture, design, development, and unit testing of web-based applications and middleware infrastructure.
Five (5) years of experience supporting and managing the day-to-day operational support for Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure-Oracle SOA suite.
Five (5) years of experience with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, implementation, integration, and testing.
Five (5) years of experience with Oracle Fusion middleware administration activities including installation, configuration, maintenance and Upgrades.
Five (5) years of experience with large, complex integration projects with skills across Oracle Fusion Middleware specifically Oracle SOA Suite 12c including BPEL and Mediator, Oracle WebLogic server, HTTP, SOAP, and REST web services.
Five (5) years of experience creating User Roles, Authentication, and Authorization mechanisms within Oracle SOA.
Five (5) years of experience making recommendations around Oracle Fusion Middleware monitoring best practices and training team members on Oracle Fusion Middleware best practices.
Five (5) years of experience automating and optimizing processes for applications deployed on SOA suite.
Five (5) years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware security patches, Security compliance reports and renewing and maintaining SSL certificates.
Five (5) years of experience interacting with IT management regarding work assignments and status.
Five (5) years of experience with Application server performance tuning and Monitoring.
Five (5) years of experience coordinating development and testing efforts between different development teams during the project and participating in the system testing and deployment processes.
Five (5) years of experience estimating the efforts required to implement the Oracle SOA solution, design and prototype Interfaces and interpret and implement business requirements according to established department standards.

Responsibilities
