Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Component, Flows, APIs, integrations, Omni Studio and Salesforce best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes, including experience with Git-based version control, automated deployments, release management, and tools such as Copado or similar DevOps platforms.
  • Experience working with modern AI-powered development and productivity tools to improve engineering efficiency, automation, solution design, and overall delivery quality.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills and experience in platform security and Data Security.
  • Effective communication skills and Experience working in agile teams, leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and partnering effectively with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions including custom applications, integrations, automations, and AI-driven capabilities to support evolving business needs and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and QA to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions using agile development and CI/CD best practices.
  • Lead technical design discussions, implement solutions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers while promoting Salesforce engineering standards, DevOps processes, and modern development practices.
  • Support Salesforce DevOps activities including source control management, automated deployments, release management, environment strategy, and troubleshooting using tools such as Copado, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Key focuses on Salesforce security architecture and governance including role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, data protection, and secure integration practices.
  • Commitment to achieving Operational Team KPIs while adhering to Loblaw's Operational Governance standards.
