About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves reviewing and analyzing software/hardware configurations, creating and maintaining product builds and code baselines, and recommending enhancements to configuration management systems. You will also troubleshoot technical problems, communicate solutions, and interface with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations. The position requires participation in internal process improvement initiatives, adherence to technology policies, and ensuring work products meet FINRA standards. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite.

Requirements

Java programming

AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Software configuration management
Code baseline management (development and test environments)
AI/Machine Learning skills
Face to face interview is a Must
Must take an initial Teams Video call with Mr. Vicky Mothey (Director – Technology Services Delivery) from KMM
Must take online Glider test coding exercise as part of the interview process

Responsibilities

Review and analyze software/hardware configurations for specific environments
Create and maintain product builds and development/test code baselines
Recommend enhancements to configuration management systems, build processes, and delivery systems
Troubleshoot technical problems
Communicate solutions effectively to team members
Interface with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations
Document and report status updates, including metrics
Provide informal mentoring to junior staff on project-level tasks
Participate in internal process improvement initiatives
Provide feedback and suggestions on processes
Adhere to technology policies and comply with security controls
Ensure all work products meet/exceed FINRA standards
