About The Position

This is a senior-level AI Engineer (Technical Lead) role focused on applied AI, not foundational LLM research. The individual will be a hands-on technical lead responsible for building and enhancing AI-driven systems. The core responsibilities include leading and mentoring an existing team of engineers, contributing directly to system design and development, and supporting the buildout of internal AI tools for regulatory use cases. The team supports advertising regulation workflows, specifically focusing on reviewing broker-dealer communications to ensure compliance with FINRA Rule 2210. The AI tool will assist analysts in evaluating these communications.

Requirements

• Strong background in applied AI/ML engineering
• Proven track record across multiple projects (depth of experience required—no short-term/project-only exposure)
• Ability to operate at a technical lead level (not a learner/on-the-job ramp)

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in financial services or compliance/regulatory environments strongly preferred
