About The Position
This position represents a shift away from analytics-focused hiring toward a true Software Engineering profile. The manager is specifically targeting experienced engineers with strong AWS expertise and a software development mindset rather than analytics or reporting backgrounds. The team supports a mix of front-end development, back-end development, and full-stack engineering within a shared engineering model where developers contribute across five different applications. Engineers are expected to work across integrated systems and blended application environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 9–10 years of overall software engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience
- Strong problem-solving and solution-design capabilities within AWS-based environments
- Software engineering background preferred over analytics-focused experience
- Must be local to DC/VA/MD area
- Able to take an assessment
- Able to attend in-person interviews
