About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer on the USDC team within Coinbase's Institutional Product group, you will design, build, and scale systems that safely manage billions of dollars in loans across Portfolio Margin, Trade Finance, Agency Lending, Bilateral Lending, and other financing products. Financing supports the Prime Brokerage business by enabling customers to use leverage on trading positions and generate yield on long holdings. You will own critical backend services that drive recurring revenue, increase trading activity, and keep institutional assets on the platform. Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Employees are expected to meet quarterly for in-person working sessions called “surges.”
