About The Position

Participate in developing A10 Advanced Core Operation System (ACOS) for different Thunder platforms. Collaborate with teams across product management, QA, and documentation to deliver features and related functional and design specifications. Extend infrastructure and integrate with A10 or third-party applications using qualified coding. Tune hardware and software performance to achieve maximum traffic throughput. Test delivered code using rigorous methodologies and expand automation infrastructure code coverage. Assist customer support in addressing customer-reported issues and delivering patches.

Requirements

• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Experience with multithreading, multicore, and real-time high-availability embedded systems such as Linux, RTOS, or similar operating systems.
• Experience with TCP/IP and knowledge of common standard IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, UDP, and GRE.
• Good understanding of control-plane and data-plane architecture in networking devices.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or OCI.
• Exposure to programming DPDK, BCM ASIC, QAT, or other hardware accelerators.
