About The Position

The Senior Software Engineer will develop platform and product services using Golang and Python, including complex threat-detection algorithms in an ultra-high-traffic environment. The role involves working closely with Cloud Engineering, Product Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps to manage projects, create solutions, and deliver implementations. The engineer owns features from requirements and design through release, builds modular services, integrates components across teams, serves as a subject-matter expert for key components, and mentors junior engineers.

Requirements

Have 5 or more years of software development experience.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in Golang and strong programming skills in Python.
Have experience developing RESTful APIs, HTTP services, and proxies.
Have solid knowledge of Linux internals, performance tuning, security, and networking.
Have a solid understanding of distributed systems and concurrent programming.
Have experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and Redis, including data modeling.
Have experience integrating with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Have experience using AI-assisted development tools to write, review, and test code.
