About The Position
We are recruiting experienced Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to support large-scale AI training projects. No previous AI experience is required. The work is focused on real software engineering problems including: Debugging complex code, Implementing new features, Refactoring codebases, Performance optimisation, Reviewing and validating code, Creating challenging coding tasks and reference solutions, Working across existing and unfamiliar repositories.
Requirements
- Strong commercial software engineering experience
- Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Confidence working on complex technical problems
