Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical competency, with a logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and management on complex issues.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • Adapts well to change and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship as security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • .NET stack with Angular experience preferred.
  • AI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Researches, designs, implements and manages software applications.
  • Partners with Product and Engineering team to define requirements.
  • Write, test, and implement efficient code.
  • Review and provide feedback on pull requests.
  • Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.
  • Coach and mentor other team members.
  • Stay positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.
