About The Position

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to help build an AI-first CRM platform from the ground up. The role offers ownership across the full application stack, from developing responsive, component-driven interfaces in React to building robust, scalable backend logic and APIs in Rust. The engineer will work within a small group and contribute to a clean, scalable platform and integrations with applications commonly used alongside CRM.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of fullstack development experience.
• Proficiency with Rust and server-side languages.
• Experience with SQL.
• Ability to work as a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end, writing clean, maintainable code across the stack.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-performance user interfaces using React.
• Build efficient and accurate server-side logic and APIs in Rust within Veeva's platform environment.
• Build highly scalable integrations with common applications that integrate with CRM.
• Work as part of a small group of engineers building an AI-first CRM platform.
