About The Position
Mercor is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build major parts of its self-optimizing automation platform for running and scaling data-production businesses. The platform aims to enable one person to manage a business generating tens to hundreds of millions in revenue. The role involves building agents to source, vet, and staff experts with minimal human input; developing pay and incentive models to hire and retain experts; creating experiments and workflows to keep large projects running smoothly; and building agents accountable for monitoring and driving revenue goals. Mercor describes itself as a profitable Series C AI data company valued at $10 billion. Employees work in person five days a week in the San Francisco, New York City, or London offices.
