About The Position
Rilla is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile to join their team in NYC. This role is crucial for establishing a unified mobile layer that captures and surfaces billions of conversation events, setting the quality bar for future releases. The engineer will take full ownership of the mobile codebase, crafting a fast, real-time experience for field users and clearing velocity bottlenecks. The company is backed by Google Ventures, Bessemer Ventures, Crew Capital, and Broom Ventures, and is focused on building the leading sales coaching software for organizations doing sales offline. They are looking for individuals who are obsessive learners, customer-obsessed, possess a winning attitude, extreme empathy, and are unafraid of failure.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, such as Javascript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.
- Strong mobile engineering prowess (~3+ years), ideally developed at start-ups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporating feedback and holding a high bar for quality.
