About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered, human-led healthcare. This role can be remote, or hybrid for those based in NY/Boston or able to relocate to our in-person office. You'll carry real ownership over our product, with the chance to shape our engineering org as it grows. You'll work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams, and interface directly with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide. Our engineering work spans full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps.

Requirements

5+ years of building production software, ideally including 2+ years at a startup or growth company
Proficiency with our stack: React, Next.js, Node.js (TypeScript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, and Redis
Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end users and large enterprise clients
Opinionated about leveling up your own engineering skills and the team around you
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in the space
An owner of broad initiatives, driving them to completion, and navigating ambiguity with ease
Hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up in a high-growth startup environment
Thrives working alongside exceptional teammates and draws energy from fast-moving, collaborative environments
Excited about working at the frontier of medical AI

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
Work closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and build them into our agentic framework
Improve our physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling that increases physician efficiency and clinical capability
Architect scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations
