About The Position

ZipStaff is seeking Senior Software Development Engineers to support platform enablement and CI/CD for a large-scale technology organization using Amazon’s internal builder stack. This is not a generic AWS or Jenkins role. You must have hands-on experience with Amazon internal tools (Brazil, Apollo, Pipelines, Coral) and be able to enable microservices for Model Context Protocol (MCP) on Ada Agent and Quick Suite.

Requirements

5+ years software engineering in Java, C++, or TypeScript.
3+ years hands-on Amazon internal builder tools: Brazil (version sets), Pipelines, Apollo, and Coral.
1+ years AI agent / MCP work (Ada Agent, Quick Suite, or equivalent Amazon agent stack).
Experience with Amazon security and policy frameworks (Policy Engine, SAS).
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only — no sponsorship now or in the future.
Must work remote from the United States.
Standard AWS CI/CD only (Jenkins, CodePipeline, CDK) does not meet this requirement.

Responsibilities

Provision test accounts, access, and environments on native builder systems.
Design, write, and run integration and load tests in Amazon Pipelines.
Refactor and expose microservice APIs so they are MCP-ready (metadata, fields, tool names).
Enable and register MCP endpoints in Ada Agent and Quick Suite; author AgentCards.
Support deployments via Brazil version sets and keep pipelines healthy.
Remediate Policy Engine and SAS security and policy findings.
Handle manual deploys, minor defects, and low-severity operational tickets.
