About The Position

As a Freelance Senior Android Engineer, you will take ownership of building and evolving our Android application, creating features that have a real impact on the daily lives of healthcare professionals. This role involves owning the health of our mobile CI/CD pipeline end to end, including approximately 70 Kotlin Multiplatform jobs, from lint to end-to-end tests to store release. You will be responsible for triaging and debugging failures, defining healthy CI with SLOs, optimizing pipeline performance, and making test flakiness visible and owned. The goal is to improve the P95 pipeline time from approximately 90 minutes to a more satisfactory level and to establish clear ownership for failing tests.

Requirements

  • Shipped Android applications to real users
  • Deep Gradle knowledge: multi-module builds, build caching, task/configuration avoidance
