Senior Software Architect
About The Position
Seeking a senior ServiceNow expert to design, implement, and maintain large-scale ServiceNow environments. The role focuses on ITSM optimization, multi-cloud governance, and high-impact integrations. The architect will manage Dev/Test/Prod environments, implement automation, and drive knowledge transfer across the team while mentoring junior engineers. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. The position is based in Columbia, South Carolina, and is described as onsite/hybrid, with relocation or onsite travel as needed and costs covered by the resource.
Requirements
- Expertise in large-scale ServiceNow design, administration, and development across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
- Knowledge of ITSM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with server/API development and third-party and cloud integrations.
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation and tooling.
- Experience with cloud integration and governance, particularly multi-cloud provisioning and workflow optimization.
- Background check, drug screen, E-Verify, and CJIS requirements as applicable.
